ModernfoldStyles, Inc. is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to handle a range of projects in the New York City Metropolitan area. This position will be based out of the South Hackensack, NJ headquarters, and will require frequent travel to project jobsites to ensure accurate and on-time completions. The right candidate will be trained on a range of specialty products, and will be provided all the tools for success. All project managers are supported by senior project managers, top notch administrators, and well-equipped installation crews. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and has success in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

JOB POSTING: Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple projects in different stages of construction
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Report and escalate to senior project managers as needed
  • Coordinate internal resources and manufacturers for flawless execution of projects
  • Field measure, order, and schedule installations for all ModernfoldStyles product lines
  • Organize and maintain all projects and project documentation

Requirements:

  • Team player and willingness to work with others
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Should have direct experience handling submittals, field construction coordination, scheduling, ordering, and delivery through installation
  • Ability to read, interpret, and be accurate with measurements, details, and numbers
  • Possess construction experience
