ModernfoldStyles, Inc. is seeking a full-time in-office Marketing Associate who is passionate and enthusiastic working in a team setting and has excellent writing and research skills. This position will be based out of the South Hackensack, NJ headquarters, and will require daily in-office collaboration. To be successful in this role, one must understand the importance of storytelling, teamwork and marketing tools and trends. As a member of the marketing team, you will write copy for a for a variety of projects (websites, print, video and social media), work closely with ModernfoldStyles team members on various responsibilities, brainstorm ideas, create concepts and develop product and company messaging. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and has success in delivering high-quality projects on time in a team setting.

Responsibilities:
- Excellent Writing Skills
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
- Bring creative-thinking and copywriting to brand and marketing channels in an engaging manner
- Ensure consistency with our brand messaging
- Ensure consistency with our brand messaging
- Creation of digital/social content, that is optimized to fit each audience and channel across all platforms, and engage the key audiences
- Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
- Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network by answering comments and direct messages in a timely manner, engaging with our partners often
- Develop social media campaigns
- Monitor and report on monthly campaign performance and conduct analysis
- Showroom tours promotion and coordination
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
- Assist in marketing duties, such as event and project coordination
- Work with creative professionals to build marketing campaigns
- Collaborate and work in deadline-oriented team setting
Computer skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Dropbox, Salesforce
- Experience working with content management systems, WordPress and Google Business is a plus
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications or related discipline
- Proven working experience in Social Media Marketing (5+ years preferred)
- Professional copywriting experience with solid portfolio of work
- Knowledge of social media channels and platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Houzz
- Knowledge of Hootsuite is a plus
- Knowledge of using paid posts and creating social media ads
- Basic Photography skills is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Data-driven with basic understanding of metrics
- Knowledge of the Interior Design / Architecture industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels
- Self-motivated, with a drive to exceed expectations
