Our factory trained technicians can perform service on a variety of manufacturers operable wall, folding partitions, accordion doors, glass folding, sliding and bi-fold doors as well as fire + smoke protection systems.
With a combined fleet of 28 installation vans, box trucks, and service vans at the ready, Modernfoldstyles’ team of 31 installers, based out of South Hackensack and Cherry Hill, NJ are committed to installation, maintenance and protecting your operable partition and fire + smoke protection investments.
A maintenance program ensures your space management or fire + smoke protection system remains in optimal working order. Service offers the right maintenance agreement to meet your needs.
Depending on product type, our manufacturers recommend a semi-annual, annual or system specific preventative maintenance schedule. As with any mechanical system, it should be cleaned, inspected, lubricated, and adjusted to sustain proper mechanical system functions, and to ensure safety.
WALL COVERING REPLACEMENT
Service technicians can replace the fabric, vinyl or carpet covering to make your operable partition look like new.
TRAINING
Service team will train you or your personnel to safely operate your space management or fire + smoke protection system.
ACOUSTICAL ASSESSMENT
Service skilled technicians will assess your operable partitions to see if the seals are operating properly to maintain the partition’s STC sound rating capabilities. We will identify any problem areas and recommend solutions to properly maintain your system’s functionality.
