Relocation of partitions is determined on a case by case basis and depends on multiple factors such as dimensions, headwork, track condition, system age, and structural support. A technician must evaluate existing track for safe reuse. Where conditions allow, manual partitions can be upgraded to electrically-operated versions to improve efficiency and ease of use.

Our Service Department revitalized the Golden Nugget Grand Ballroom by replacing existing walls with 102 nearly 20’ high Acousti-Seal Premier panels, upgraded tracks, and pass doors, restoring full flexibility and sound control.

They also maintain fire and smoke protection systems, and provide training for users and facility personnel to maximize the lifespan and functionality of each partition.

Technicians further evaluate operable partitions to confirm proper seal function, helping preserve STC sound ratings while identifying issues and recommending solutions to keep partitions operating at their best.

A major renovation at the New York Marriott Marquis brought new life to one of Times Square’s most complex event spaces. The updated operable partitions helped reimagine how the hotel adapts, divides, and activates this installation.
